What is Battle of the Barbers Vancouver?
Battle of the Barbers Vancouver is a non-profit charity event and an opportunity for barbers to come socialize, drink beer, and compete. Hundreds of spectators join to watch others compete and show off their skills in a fun and relaxed atmosphere while contributing to a good cause. This year all proceeds will be going to CAN (Canucks Autism Network).
Why are you doing Battle of the Barbers Vancouver?
London School has felt the frustration in the barbering community due to the lack of events or functions specifically geared towards barbering. We thought that Battle of the Barbers would be a good, fun way for barbers to come together and mingle, also show off some skills and take an opportunity to learn from each other.

What do I get if I compete?
There are only first place winners in this competition. Each category winner gets The Battle of the Barbers first place trophy, a bounty of prizes donated by our sponsors and, of course, bragging rights for the year! Due to the fact this is a charity event, there will be no cash prizes. All proceeds will be going to the Canucks Autism Network.
Who can compete?
The competition is open to all levels of professional, apprentice, and/or trainee barbers.
How do I register as a competitor?
Please note that there is limited space for each competition category. Space will be given on a first come first serve basis.
First you need to fill in and send us your Contestant Registration Form.
All competitors must also pay an enrollment fee of $25.00, which also includes admission for their models and themselves to the Battle of the Barbers event.
Fees must be paid with registration to ensure a spot in the competition.
Forms with fees must be dropped off at London School at 300 west Pender street, Vancouver.
Forms can be picked up at London School, emailed to you at your request, or found at the bottom of the page and printed.

Can I just watch?
Of course you can just watch. The more the merrier! Come down, have a few drinks, watch some awesome barbering and do some industry mingling!
How much are tickets? And where can I purchase them?
Tickets for spectators are $18.00 per person (Competitors and models do not need tickets). Tickets can be purchased in person or over the phone at:
